National Arthroplasty Registry of Slovenia (RES)
The purpose of The National Arthroplasty Registry of Slovenia (RES) is to monitor patients with implanted artificial hip and knee joints in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. By tracking an implanted individual artificial joint (endoprosthesis), we try to find out the lifespan of a certain type of artificial joint (how much time passed from insertion to the possible revision). In this way, when installing an artificial joint, we can advise the use of those endoprostheses that are more suitable for our patients.
